Support Services is one of the three divisions within the police department. The primary responsibility of this division is directed at enhancing police service in a support role to ensure officers have the necessary resources available to accomplish departmental goals and objectives. This behind the scene involvement in the police service is an essential component of the police department offering the highest level of police service to the citizens and visitors. Support Services include Parking Enforcement, Special Events / Emergency Management, Records, School Resource Officers, Explorers, Training and Career Development/Recruitment.
Parking Enforcement consists of one civilian parking enforcement officer. This officer is responsible for parking efficiency of the central business area and is patrolled every two hours Monday through Friday by the Graham Police Department Parking Enforcement Officer; cars in violation of the parking laws will receive a ticket.

Tickets are considered late if not paid within 15 business days of the violation all fees apply.
Parking tickets can be paid at the Graham Police Department Records Division Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and may also be mailed into the police department.
Records is responsible for entering and storing crime data within the City of Graham. The crime data is entered into the department’s Records Management System. Once entered, the data becomes part of the FBI’s Uniform Crime Report. Records are stored and remain confidential unless released under the Public Records Act. A copy of a police report can be obtained Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The Police Records Division is located at Graham Police Department, 216 South Maple Street Graham, NC 27253. The Records Division is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

**Accident, Incident and Arrest Records may be requested by mail and can not be faxed. There is an additional mailing fee of $1.00.
A local criminal history may be obtained from the Alamance County Clerk of Courts and will contain only arrests that occurred in Alamance County. You will need to contact the Alamance County Clerk of Court at (336) 438-1001.
