Fall 2016 Graham Walks will run for 4 weeks. Participants in this FREE walking program keep up with their own walking logs and set their own personal mileage goals for the 4 weeks. You may drop in during designated times each week but it is not required. Each Thursday there will be different vendors you can check in with to discuss healthy living options. Be sure to check the schedule to see what vendor will show on each Thursday.
Participants must sign up on-line. If you have no access to a computer please come to the first Graham Walks on Thursday 9/15 to sign up at the Graham Recreation Center.
You must sign up on or before 9/15 to participate in Graham Walks and receive a T-shirt.

Thursday 9/15- Meet at the Graham Recreation Center (from 11:30-1pm and from 5pm-6:30pm) to kick this 4 week walking challenge off! Walk with others around the gym or outside the recreation center, get your blood pressure checked by Peak Resources, discuss your goals and nutrition plan with Shamrock Nutrition while sampling some of their tasty shakes!
Thursday 9/22– Meet Downtown in front of the Historical Museum from 11:30am-1pm and at Bill Cooke Park from 5pm-6:30 pm. Omega will be there to discuss proper fitness apparel and to show you some of the great things they carry in store and Dawn Holt will be present to explain some of the great opportunities at her gym!
Thursday 9/29- Meet Downtown in front of the Historical Museum from 11:30am-1pm and at Bill Cooke Park from 5pm-6:30 pm. Top Performance Academy & Beshel Chiropractic Center and Acupuncture will be there to give you information and some giveaways.
Thursday 10/6- Meet at the Graham Recreation Center (from 11:30-1pm and from 5pm-6:30pm). Last but not least, Walgreens will be available discuss healthy opportunities.
