Part time Police Records and Communications Clerk
The City of Graham is currently accepting applications for the following position:
Part time Police Records and Communications Clerk: Performs a variety of clerical and public relations work in the police department. Work generally includes data entry of citations and records into agencies records management system, photocopying, labeling, filing, and putting documents in numerical order and transcriptions.
Position requires completion of high school or equivalent and some experience of the clerical nature.
Salary / Benefits:
The pay offered for this part-time, non-exempt position is $8.98/hour with no fringe benefits.
General work schedule
We are looking for someone who can work third shift (Monday through Sunday and holidays 12 am to 8am). The average work hours will range from 15 to 19 hours per week. Varied schedules may be required as needed for training, holidays, vacations, and/or emergency situations.
