Description: Join us on Saturday mornings, at the new Graham Regional Park, to get your weekend started with a healthy hour devoted to your health and fitness.  You can absolutely do this with your child(ren) and we will have a staff member on site to help you plan the perfect workout for the time.  Michelle Rogers will be on site to help design your own fitness plan and give other advice to inspire you to stay fit!  For more information about Michelle and her fitness journey, please check out her blog by clicking the image below

When: Saturday 8:00-9:00am – September 8 – October 6, 2018

Where: Graham Regional Park – 1575 N. Jim Minor Rd, Haw River, NC 27258

What we want you to accomplish:

  • Pre-Routine Stretch
  • Run/Walk
  • Small space exercises (Squats, Lunges etc.)
  • Use Fitness Stations
  • Post-Workout Stretch
  • Drink Water (lots of water)
