Graham Walks began in 2006 with a grant from the Health and Wellness Trust Fund. Graham Recreation & Parks wishes to continue to gain new interest in the program and encourages past participants to join us once again this spring. Graham Walks is a 5-week, self-motivating walking program designed to inspire you to stay active. NEW in Spring 2021, we encourage participants to not only walk, but to be active overall! Set a goal and your activity on the NEW Activity Tracker Logs. We encourage all participants to set their own goal rather it is to set aside 30 minutes a day (or more) to be active or track your steps per day…you decide!
Set a goal, track your activity for the 5-weeks on the Activity Tracker log, and be eligible for a Graham Walks T-shirt and Grand Prize Drawings! Prizes will be provided by community sponsors.
Dates: April 21 – May 26 (5 weeks)
