Facilities & Program Updates as of 09/21/2021:
Athletics: Sports taking place this Fall (Soccer, Flag Football, Youth Basketball) will return to the traditional ‘game format’. Please visit Youth Athletics for details.
Graham Civic Center: Please call (336) 570-6718 for rental information. For the safety and care of one another, a face-covering/mask is required for entry to the center. (updated 04-06-2022)
Graham Historical Museum: OPEN, please visit our website for hours. For the safety and care of one another, a face-covering/mask is required for entry to the museum. (updated 02/28/2022)
Graham Mebane Lake:
- Masks/face coverings are required inside the building.
- On piers and bank fishing areas, please do your part and stay 6 feet apart.
- Space is limited in bank fishing areas and picnic areas.
- The restrooms are open for use. Restrooms will be disinfected twice a day during these times as a COVID-19 precaution. Use at your own risk.
Graham Recreation Center: OPEN, hours and programs have been modified. Please visit the center’s webpage for hours and to plan your visit. For the safety and care of one another, a face-covering/mask is required for entry to the center. (updated 04-06-2022)

Open-Air Shelter Rentals: Reservations are recommended for the use of open-air shelters for scheduled events. First come, first served if there is not a reservation. Shelter reservations are accepted from April 1 – October 31. Reservations can be made online or at the Graham Recreation Center. Payment is due at the time of reservation.

Childcare for Remote Learning & Summer Day Camp: Please visit our website for details or to register. Space is limited. When children cannot socially distance, masks are required for all participants while indoors and highly encouraged when outdoors and social distancing cannot be maintained.
Graham Civic Center: No rentals until further notice due to Summer Day Camp use, for the health and safety of the participants.

Pumpkin Bash – The Downtown Graham Pumpkin Bash, a joint effort put on by the Graham Recreation and Parks & the Graham Police Department, has been cancelled for 2020 due to COVID-19. However, we still want our community to enjoy fall festivities and Halloween fun, so we have a few other opportunities for you. Learn more on our website.
Mass Gathering Limits for Phase 3: The limits on mass gatherings remain at 25 people indoors and 50 people outdoors.
Last Updated 11/11/2020 – Executive Order 176 extends Phase 3 until December 4 at 5:00pm. Indoor mass gathering numbers have been lowered from 25 to 10. The mass gathering limits that went down to 10 apply to indoor social gathering and not any business settings.

If you are planning to head out to a park, here are a few reminders on best practices for social distancing while visiting:
- Do not use parks or trails if you are exhibiting symptoms of sickness.
- Follow CDC’s guidance on personal hygiene prior to visiting parks or trails.
- While on walking tracks, please walk/run one-way, counterclockwise.
- Observe CDC’s minimum recommended physical distancing of 6′ from other persons at all times.
- Go by yourself or those you live with.
- Avoid crowded areas. If a space cannot be enjoyed safely, go home or discover a new park in your community.
