About Graham Walks
Graham Walks began in 2006 with a grant from the Health and Wellness Trust Fund. The program encouraged community members to stay active and inspired many participants over the years. Graham Walks was a 5-week, self-motivating wellness program designed to promote overall physical activity, encouraging participants not only to walk but to stay active in many ways.

Graham Walks Kick-Off – Date: Wednesday, October 1
• Lighthouse Nutrition: 7:30am – 9:30am
• Shamrock Nutrition: 11:00am – 1:00pm
• Graham Recreation Center: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Weekly Group Hikes (updated 10/13/2025)
The weekly group hikes may have uneven, natural surfaces. Please wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes and bring water. Children are welcome to attend if accompanied by their guardian. Cancellation due to inclement weather will be determined by 8:30am the morning of each hike. Must be registered to participate in Graham Walks hikes. Sign Up for a Hike

Grand Prize winners will be announced LIVE on the Graham Recreation & Parks Facebook page following the program. Graham Walks swag will be distributed following the program at the Graham Recreation Center.
