Graham community, friends, and visitors, you are invited to participate in Graham’s Downtown Vision Forum, Thursday, October 21, 2021, 6 – 8 pm at The Graham Mill (205 W Harden Street).
The purpose of the Vision Forum is to Determine:
• What are downtown’s assets
• What are downtown’s challenges
• What should downtown become in the future
Participants will work together in small groups to identify downtown’s character, accessibility, historic preservation, economic drivers, assets, strengths, opportunities, challenges, and more. Your input throughout the evening will funnel towards a shared vision. The forum will be the start towards setting a community-wide ownership of the Main Street program.
By the end of the evening, collaboratively all the groups’ work will then determine the best themes and ideas to forge a single vision statement for Downtown Graham, which the NC Main Street Coordinating Committee uses to develop an implementation plan.
