DESCRIPTION:Graham Walks Fall 2024 Kicks Off\n\nOnline Registration: September 18 – October 9\, 2024Program Dates: October 2 – November 6\, 2024 (5 weeks)Ages: 18 & upCost: Free\, registration is required\n\nGraham Walks Kick-Off – Date: Wednesday\, October 2• Lighthouse Nutrition: 7:30am – 9:30am• Shamrock Nutrition: 11:00am – 1:00pm• Graham Recreation Center: 4:00pm – 6:00pm\n\nCome register in person\, pick up an Activity Tracker Log\, and grab some swag!\nGraham Walks began in 2006 with a grant from the Health and Wellness Trust Fund. Graham Recreation & Parks wishes to continue gaining new interest in the program and encourages past participants to join us again this Fall. Graham Walks is a 5-week\, self-motivating walking program designed to inspire you to stay active. We encourage participants to not only walk but to be active overall.
