About: Get Ready to Glow & Drum! A special glow drumming class is lighting up your way! Wear your brightest neon, white, or glow-in-the-dark colors and get ready to shine as you move to the beat! Join Graham Recreation & Parks for Drums Alive: Glow Edition! This high-energy wellness class combines the rhythm of drumming with movement for a full-body, feel-good workout that’s fun, freeing, and totally glowing. Benefits include boosted cardio health, strength, flexibility, focus, social connection, and all-around good vibes. Classes feature gentle, cardio-based movement suitable for most abilities, participate seated or standing during the 30-minute sessions.
