Reserving an Athletic Field or Facility

Reservations for athletic fields and facilities can now be made for the 2023 season. Reservations can be made for the 2024 season beginning January 1, 2025. Athletic Facility reservations are available year-round. 

Reservations are required for the use of athletic fields and facilities. Reservation requests must be submitted in advance to the Graham Recreation & Parks Department and this can be done online. This is only a request for the reservation or rental which must then be reviewed and approved to use the requested fields or facility. Once approved by a supervisor an invoice will be sent. All athletic facility reservations must be paid at least 72 hours before confirmation of reservation or use of the fields or facility.

*Non-Profit must be a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, or charitable organization in good standing and must be approved by the City of Graham.

Athletic Field & Facility Rental Rules

1. All athletic facility reservations must be paid at least 72 hours before use of the fields or facility.
2. Facilities cannot be occupied before or after the time allotted on this contract.
3. The User of the facility will be responsible for all actions of all persons in the organization using the fields or other facilities located in conjunction with the fields and facilities.
4. The User shall advise their members to park only in the designated areas, Graham Recreation & Parks Department will not pay any towing costs associated with parking in the wrong area.
5. All reservations are subject to cancellation for any Graham Recreation & Parks Department-sanctioned or sponsored event or in the event of inclement weather. Notice will be given and the option to reschedule.
6. The User will NOT do the following:
   a. Deface, Damage or Drive on any of the fields or facilities
   b. Modify or Alter the fields or facilities in anyway not approved by the Graham Recreation & Parks Department
       i. This includes adding any dirt, sand, or drying agent
       ii. This includes removing any dirt, bases, or changing base anchors
   c. Use or allow the use of Alcohol or Illegal Drugs to be consumed or taken anywhere on the premises
   d. Use or allow the use of firearms anywhere on the premises
   e. Allow any type of physical altercations by the User or anyone in their group
   f. Use any of the Graham Recreation & Parks Department’s equipment to groom or alter the fields
       i. This includes mowers, painters, chalkers, field drags, etc.
7. All trash and debris must be picked up following the use of the fields and facilities. All trash must be disposed of in designated dumpsters by the User.
8. All Users will be given the right to inspect the facilities before use, please contact the Graham Recreation & Parks Department to do so.
9. Insurance may be required to use the fields at the discretion of the City of Graham.
10. Users will not use the Lights at the facilities without permission from the Graham Recreation & Parks Department.
