Engineering Report and Environmental Information Document
The City of Graham has received Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan and Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act (ASADRA) Loan funding for the Graham Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project. This project will include upgrades to the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant and will expand the design capacity to 5.0 mgd to meet the wastewater treatment needs for the City of Graham. The total cost estimate for the project is $45.4 million and will be financed using Clean Water State Revolving Fund and ASADRA Loan Funds.
A Public Meeting on the Graham Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project will be held to discuss the needs, benefits, and impacts of this project. An Engineering Report and Environmental Information Document has been prepared for this project and is available for review at City Hall (201 S. Main St, Graham, NC 27253).
The Public Hearing will take place in the Council Chambers of City Hall (201 S. Main St, Graham, NC 27253).

Any public comments or questions received prior to the Public Meeting will be acknowledged with a response and submitted for the record during the Public Meeting.
