Public Comments

A Public Comment period will be held at the end of all City Council meetings. For those who wish to address the City Council during the Public Comment period or during a Public Hearing select from the methods below on how you want to comment;

  • Participating via ZOOM from your PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone or Android device you will click on the ‘raise hand’ button in the ZOOM interface. Once your hand icon is raised, City staff will unmute your microphone in order for you to comment.
  • If you are joining via phone, you will press *9 and wait for the prompts before speaking.
  • Email your comments along with your name and home address to publiccomments@cityofgraham.com. The Mayor will read aloud the public comments that are submitted before 2:00pm on the day of the Council Meeting during the Public Comment period or during a Public Hearing.

Individual comments are limited to 4 minutes to any topic that is not on the agenda.
