November 26, 27, 28 – Thanksgiving Break
December 22 – January 2 – Christmas & New Year’s Break
Regular programming will resume after the holidays.

Afterschool Hours: 2:30pm – 6:00pm (pick will begin at 2:30pm)

About Afterschool
Graham Recreation & Parks Department is proud to offer a safe, fun, and engaging Afterschool Program for children. Participants receive homework assistance and take part in organized games and activities designed to keep them active and involved. There are staff members who are CPR and First Aid certified and have completed counselor training to ensure a supportive environment. Children are grouped by age for activities such as sports, games, crafts, and homework time. Field trips may also be included and are subject to scheduling.
Snack Time: At this time, snacks will not be provided to Afterschool participants. We hope to implement this in the near future. Please pack a healthy snack and water for your child each day.
To Secure a Space at Afterschool
Any past-due balances must be paid before you can register. Space is limited.
Afterschool Payments Information
Payments are due the Friday before the students’ scheduled week. For example, in order for your student to be eligible for Week 1 (August 25th – August 29th), payment must be received by Friday, August 22, by 8:00pm. Your student’s spot is not secured until payment has been received. You are eligible to pay the full amount if you so choose. Payments can be made online via community pass accounts or in person at the Graham Recreation Center.

2025 TAX INFORMATION
Do you need tax information for your child’s enrollment in the 2025 Summer Day Camp or Afterschool Program?
1. Just log into your CommunityPass account, the same account where you made your payments.
2. Click “View/Pay Balances”
3. Click “Summer Day Camp 2025”
4. Print the Transaction Summary/Statement. The Tax ID number and your payments will be on your printable Summary/Statement.

There are sponsorship opportunities ranging from youth programs to athletics to fitness & health programs to large special events.
