Graham Recreation & Parks invites you to experience Drums Alive! Drums Alive is a fun rhythmical drumming program. This unique wellness class combines the rhythms of drumming and movement to energize the brain and body for transformational results. The class also provides benefits through increasing cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility, synchronization of brain wave activity, mental awareness, socialization, and overall well-being. The class will offer gentle, cardio-based exercise, suitable for most abilities. Participants can either do the class while seated or standing (30-minute session).
