Location: Haw River Trail Land Trails • Guided Hikes will feature Longmeadow Trailhead in Graham, Saxapahaw, and Glencoe segments
Celebrate 20 years of the Haw River Trail with a special Day of Hiking! Choose your own adventure with self-guided trail segments, or sign up to join one of three guided hikes. Hike your chosen segment anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm and help us explore every mile of the Haw River Trail in a single day!
Guided Hikes: (register online)
• Longmeadow Trailhead (out-and-back totaling 4 miles) • 9am-11am
• Saxapahaw (out-and-back totaling 4 miles) • 9am-11am
• Glencoe (out-and-back totaling 2 miles) • 1pm-2:30pm
After your hike, complete the online Google Form and share your photos for a chance to be entered into a drawing for an awesome Haw River Trail prize package!
It’s also a great way to celebrate Great Trails State Day and enjoy the trails that connect our communities!
