Dear Mayor and Council:
It is my distinct honor to submit the City Manager’s recommended budget for the Water and Sewer Fund (Fund 31) for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023. This budget is balanced at $11,970,400 and has been prepared in accordance with the Local Government Budget and Fiscal Control Act. In accordance with General Statutes, a public hearing to receive public input on the proposed budget will be held Monday, April 25, 2022 at 6pm, at which time the Council may consider adoption at this meeting.
