We are excited to inform you that we have upgraded our online bill payment system to better meet the needs of Graham residents. To activate your new online bill pay account, you will need to contact the Water Billing office at 336-570-6700 between the hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday- Friday. A new account and personalized PIN will be provided to you by our team. If you prefer, you can also come in person to our office located at 201 S. Main Street.
