Residents,
TODAY (Monday, May 11, 2026) the City will have contractors and crews performing street improvements in the Greenway Park neighborhood. Work will include milling, surface treatment, and paving.
Streets scheduled for paving during this phase include:
- Brookgreen Terrace
- Orchard Drive
- Tysor Circle
- Stokes Road
- Cameron Road
- Sycamore Road
- Clapp Street
- Doggett Drive (from Clapp Street to Sycamore Road)
Streets not included in this phase:
(These streets are planned for paving at a later date as part of next year’s budget beginning in July.)
- Doggett Drive (from Sycamore Road to Oakgrove Drive)
- Weaver Way
- Ashburn Drive
- Oakgrove Drive
The contractor anticipates beginning work soon. This notice serves as an advance notification, and updated information will be provided once a confirmed start date is received.
When work begins, residents are asked to make parking arrangements off the street to allow crews to work safely and efficiently. Every effort will be made to maintain access in and out of the neighborhood and to residents’ driveways; however, there may be short periods when driveway access is temporarily limited while work is underway.
Crews may also work on Saturdays. The project is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete, weather permitting. Work will be completed as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience.
