The City of Graham is requesting qualified professional engineering firms to submit a statement of qualifications to provide engineering services for the replacement of the City’s 10-inch water transmission main. The project will include the design of portions of a city transmission main that connects the Graham-Mebane Water Plant to the City of Graham’s water distribution system. This will be a phased project from multiple funding sources.
