Special Meeting

The City of Graham City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., City Hall, Council Chamber, located at 201 South Main Street, Graham, North Carolina 27253, to approve closing the 100 block of East Elm Street for the Veterans Day Parade Festival.
