Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Graham will hold a Virtual Special Meeting of the City Council at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, March 4, 2021. The City will not provide a physical location for viewing the meeting. This meeting will be conducted remotely, pursuant to Article 1A of Chapter 166A of the North Carolina General Statutes, Section 27.(a)-(j), using the Zoom virtual meeting platform.
