The Graham Police Department started the process to have Constable Wyatt Outlaw added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington D.C early in 2018. Constable Wyatt Outlaw was added to the National Memorial wall at the conclusion of 2018 and his name was presented and read during the May 2019 National Police Memorial week in Washington DC, then Chief Pritchard was in attendance to honor Outlaw. In the same year Constable Wyatt Outlaw was added to the Alamance County Law Enforcement Fallen Hero’s Memorial .
