This analysis is being made available for a 45-day public comment period, and comments can be sent via email to the preparer of the analysis, Tim Devine, PE (tdevine@hazenandsawyer.com) or to the City of Graham Utilities Director, Tonya Mann (tmann@cityofgraham.com).
