Business Beautification Grant

What is the Business Beautification Grant?
– A matching grant program for exterior improvements to non-residential properties along City corridors
– Provides up to $5,000 in matching funds!

Who is eligible for this grant?
– Owners or tenants* of existing non-residential properties fronting a roadway corridor within Graham city limits or ETJ
– First-time applicants are given priority
*Tenants must provide owner’s written consent

What does this grant cover?
Signage, landscaping, exterior painting, outdoor lighting, awning installation, wood and masonry repair, roof repairs, sidewalk installation, and more

Façade Grant

What is the Façade Grant?
– A matching grant program for exterior improvements to historic non-residential structures in the Courthouse Square Historic District
– Provides up to $5,000 in matching funds!

Who is eligible for this grant?
– Owners or tenants* of non-residential properties in the Courthouse Square Historic District
*Tenants must provide owner’s written consent

What does this grant cover?
Repainting, sign replacements, window and door repairs, canvas awning installation, storefront reconstruction, exterior lighting, structural repair, and more
