Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Graham Appearance/Tree Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chamber, 201 S. Main Street, Graham, NC. This meeting will focus on planning for Downtown fall decorations and selecting a banner design for Downtown banner replacement.
