Youth Instructional Lacrosse
Spring Youth Lacrosse
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID–19) pandemic, our Spring Youth Athletic programs will look a little different this year. We are using a class (instructional league) system this year in order to adhere to current regulations and guidelines.
Class system breakdown: All participants will be placed on teams consisting of no more than 20 players and 4 coaches. There will be NO GAMES versus other teams or classes as we will have intra-squad games only. Teams will not practice nor scrimmage against other teams. Spectators and coaches will be required to wear masks, social distance, and follow all COVID-19 guidelines and regulations.
Registration: December 1, 2020 – February 1, 2021
Ages: 7 – 14 years old (boys & girls)
All Ages as of January 1 of the season year
Fee: $25 (partnership with Mebane Recreation & Parks)
Schedule: March 1 – April 4
Practices: Lacrosse is such a fun game and is growing every day, especially on the East Coast. This program will be heavy on instruction which will teach the kids the fundamentals of the game. Stick handling, ball control, passing, catching, shooting are just a few of the core components that the participants will learn. We will provide sticks for the kids to use at all practices and games. Full equipment will be issued to the participants that need it. Equipment must be returned on the final playing night of the season. Spring Lacrosse is a joint program between Graham and Mebane Recreation & Parks.
Practice Times: Mondays & Wednesdays • 6:00pm – 7:00 pm

Fall Youth Lacrosse
Registration: Opens July 1st through August 14th — limited space available
Ages: 7 – 14 (boys & girls)
All Ages as of August 1 of the season year
Fee: $25 (partnership with the Mebane Recreation & Parks)
Schedule: Start September 14, 2020 (8 nights)
Weekly Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday nights at Mebane Arts and Community Sports Complex
