The City of Graham will refrain from assessing late fees and non-payment fees on past due balances for all utility accounts. Service disconnections for non-payment will be suspended for at least 60 days. The City will also offer extended payment plans to customers in need upon request. This action is being taken in accordance with Executive Order 124 issued by Governor Cooper and will become effective April 1, 2020.
