Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Graham City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, Council Chamber, 201 S. Main Street, Graham, NC, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-318.12(b).
City Council will consider awarding a contract for the construction of a new park located on West Elm Street, or to consider authorizing staff to utilize grant funds to purchase park materials and proceed with construction.
