The City of Graham, in partnership with the Graham Police Department, Graham Fire Department, Safe Kids Alamance County and Alamance Citizens for a Drug Free Community, will host a drive-thru Operation Medicine Drop event Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Graham Fire Department (201 S. Main St).
Residents are encouraged to bring unwanted or expired medications for safe, secure disposal — free of charge and with no questions asked. The program is completely anonymous; no identification will be requested and law enforcement will not inventory or log dropped-off medications.
What is accepted:
- Over-the-counter and prescription medications
- Pet medicines
- Liquids in original containers only
What is NOT accepted:
- Syringes
- Intravenous solutions
- Injectables
